As I have seen described in many books and hypnosis research (Brian Weiss, Michael Newton and Dolores C cover these extensively), as well as my many hours of client sessions, deep within we are limitless souls here to have a human experience. We often choose to experience a number of different lives to explore the contrast of life themes like power, love, pain, physicality, etc. and learn lessons.
Tuning into our past lives can help us clear our path for the future by allowing us to compassionately witness and release old emotions and stories around pain and trauma and reclaim soul gifts. It can be a profound experience to witness, heal and learn from a past version of you.
In my opinion and personal experience, many difficult experiences and repeating patterns in our lives stem from our trapped emotions (trauma) rooted in childhood and in-utero experiences. And these are experiences we may have chosen as a soul, to recreate the energy we wish to clear from past lives (karma).
This soul-level emotional understanding and healing can often be the missing link to solutions to our recurring issues (physical, mental, career, family and more) in our lives.

In a past life reading, I connect to your spirit guides / higher power (whatever you name them) within the Akashic Records with the intention to connect to a relevant past life and help move any existing blocks or unlock any gifts that can support you now in this lifetime.
In a past life regression (minimum 90-minute quest), I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state via meditation and encourage you to visualize or feel into a past life that is most relevant to your intention or question. I will channel alongside you to guide you through any recommended healing rituals or share messages from your guides.
For either type of session, I will guide you with care should anything traumatic or triggering come up. My clients report feeling a big healing release and feeling much lighter afterwards.

Based on your intention, I intuitively look at key planetary positions, house signs, aspects and degree placements as well as asteroids (which can add a fascinating layer of understanding!). I can also look at transits charts for understanding the energy of a current or future life season or synastry charts (combination of two charts)
These can reveal a deeper understanding of the themes and energies present in areas of your life as well as key tension points, how you can resolve these and find ways to move forward.
