    I recommend scheduling and committing to a 60-90 minute slot on your calendar to work with the recording soon after purchase.

  • Upon purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to access:

    • A 55-minute workshop video (with subtitles) containing guided meditation exercises and prompts to receive, as well as example answers to the prompts from my own business spirit team
